Individual and Couples Therapy

Experienced Relational and Psychodynamic therapist.

“Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation, like a fire in the woods, taking down everything in its path until one person in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames.”

- Terry Real, I Don’t Want To Talk About It - Overcoming the Secret Legacy of Male Depression

I specialize in helping clients recognize and shift entrenched behaviors that hinder their relationships. Trained in Relational Life Therapy, I offer a balanced approach—providing honest feedback while fostering a supportive environment.
